Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — the order is accepted when we ship the product and send a shipping confirmation.

Matchaccino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nîmes, France.
